Despite the Great Depression, the Thirties provede to be a "boom time" for Letchworth Park. Four Civilian Conservation Corps camps in the Park and federal funds allowed park officials to develop the infrastructure and facilities the growing park required. One such projects was a campgrounds near the Lower Falls. Shown below is a portion of the engineering plans for the six loops.
